If you are not feeling well – it’s time to take care of yourself. Drink lots of fluids and get plenty of rest. Did you know that when we sleep our cells go into healing mode? Our muscles are rested, our immune systems is restored and our minds are restful. The average person needs about 6-8 hours of good rest. Also, new cells are produced and damaged ones are replaced during sleep. If we sleep well, we wake up feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, we function much better. That’s why we need lots of rest.
So, forget about watching that last 10 minutes of the show – you can catch the re-runs. Get yourself in bed and let your body heal naturally. Sleep tight - and feel better!
