As we enter into a new year, this would be a great time to turn the clock on the past and look forward to tomorrow. Remember, we only are given so many seconds, minutes and hours of each day to live our dreams.
Don’t let anyone steal that time away from you. Time can be stolen in so many ways: idol conversations, petty people, just wasting time, too much television, or just coexisting (just a few examples).
Time is a precious gift that can be used to get closer to God, be creative, and do what’s most important to you. You can travel, learn new things, take a cooking class, work out, or just sit and read a book. Also, toxic relationships can steal so much of our valuable time; both emotionally and physically. Use time to re-evaluate the relationship that you hold onto so tightly – and ask yourself, is it worth my time?
Remember, let’s use time wisely and focus on those things that deserve every precious minute we have. For every season there is a time………Ecclesiastes 3
